I got the free standing tickets for the EcoWorld Starlight Concert for today, in Semenyih.

And thanks to Kaofu who went for the Johor one, I was quite excited about this concert because it seemed that Leehom not only sang 1 or 2 songs, but 6 to 7 songs!

BUT.

After the toll, we were like, whaaaaaatttttttt on earrrrrtttthhhhhh just happened?

There are two exits to Semenyih but both, I repeat, BOTH, were packed with cars lining up to the extent that we couldn't even see the road ahead.

I'm not exaggerating, it's the truth!

So we went straight, not too sure on where we were heading, and had our dinner at a nearby Malay restaurant and used another route to go back to Semenyih.

It was very dark with not many lampposts, and we were in a rural area.

And we saw banners of direction to EcoWorld which reminded me of Jesus as my Lord and Saviour, being the Light and direct us whenever we are in darkness. :')

So in the end we managed to reached the venue, though it was already almost 9 but we didn't mind, we came just to see my husband Leehom.

We saw a lot of people standing at the roadside, and we thought they walked in and had not tickets. My dad managed to find a parking and only we learnt that the group of people were waiting for the bus to bring them into the venue.

If you chose not to take the bus, you can walk. For 2km. -.-

In the end, blah blah and blah, we went back home.

We were really shocked, first to see the cars lining up for around I-don't-know-how long, then the number of cars parked in the venue, and that we needed to take a bus to reach the place where the concert was held.

OMG.

Byebye Leehom. *sniff* We bo yuan, bo bian. :(

I Wanna Change =]

As you know, my PTE presentation had just finished last Fri. I didn't practice that much, but surprisingly, I was able to present without much nervousness, and most important of all, I got all positive feedbacks from my lecturer.

Ok, so the difference between this presentation and AE presentation is only two things: the number of audiences, and the results.

For AE, it involved the whole class. And maybe because of that, I felt nervous and had a lousy mark.

For PTE, only the lecturer was in the class. But still, I don't think it was because of the audience.

So I thank God for the peacefulness in my heart and the confidence He gave me. The positive feedbacks really made my day and had me realised that I can be confident too. (Y)



And speaking of confidence, there are a few of my friends who have the confidence that I wish to have.

Sleeping Genius got his confidence through scout activities. 

Kypo got her confidence from dancing, I think.

Ga Jie and Ga Jie Fu got theirs from their part-time career.

Unc got his through the camp since he was in F3.


I want mine, and I know I'll get mine, with God's guidance and blessings. =]]]]]

Saw this in FB, which reminds me of the movie that we watched in class. The consequence of FEAR.

Yesterday chatted with Unc again. Walao. We talked for around one hour and a half, with my earphones spoiled, I had to hold my h/p for so long, resulting a lil bit of hand numbness. -_-

We talked 'bout attitudes, and, he gave me a few tips to not let other people think that I'm very cool, or COLD, especially with my if-I'm-emotionless-I'll-give-you-a-cold-look-without-me-knowing-it face.


1. Smile more. (Of course I know. Duh.)

2. Don't walk too fast. (Ok ok, I'll try.)

3. Don't think of anything when you're walking. (How did he know that I was thinking when I walked? I don't even notice. :\)

4. Be more 38. (I thought I'm already 38 enough. O.O)

5. When your friends' friends gathered around together, you should smile and be friendly. But don't over-do it because they might think you've some problems. (Err, ok. Try not to be too friendly. Or not friendly at all.) 

But in the end, just be yourself. Because, you are just the way you are. ;)

We have different personalities, just choose the one which suits you the most. =]
