Last YA of 2015

For the whole week, people like Krystle, Jamie and all kept asking me to come to YA because it's the last of the year, at the end Jamie they all couldn't make it because they had briefing and dance practice. Ha. Ha.

But Krystle was like, you madeeeee ittttttt~ Yeah found myself a driver last minute.

I mean, last minute decided to come because my bf said he can fetch me there. Okay, sounds better. Hahaha.

So we started the session by introduction, as usual, and the question of the day is:

What do you want for Christmas?

So few of them want new pairs of shoes, acoustic guitar, Krystle wants a pair of earphones, Ms Vicky wants someone to clean up her house hahahahaha, some people say they just want everybody to be happy, and some people say they want nothing because they have everything they need.

Usually I will say the same thing too because I have everything I need and can't think of anything that I want (didn't wish for a bf this year for New Year Resolution but hey, I got one! xD ) but I just said I want a job. Since I'm graduating soon. Hehehe. Maybe I should apply as a cleaner for Ms Vicky. :P

After that it was a bit of sharing and thanking the committee sessions, and testimony from Ms Vicky too. She shared that the TV box in her house was on fire (probably due to short circuit etc) and when her mother-in-law came to her house she saw smoke and called Ms Vicky to tell her that her house was on fire. But when the electrician came, there was no fire and he said he never see anything like it because it seemed that the fire just disappeared by itself.

Miracles huh. :P

Last was the makan session! The hospitality team prepared spaghetti, soft drinks and kebab for us. We even celebrated Ms Vicky's birthday! And the cake is soooooo delicious!

While I was eating halfway, Jamie came and said he was hungry so he ate too. Then we went back to Audi A together to see the rest practicing but.. they seemed to lepak more than practice. Hahaha.

And when Husky fetched me back, my mum WhatsApp me that my uncle asked her when I can start work. Like, out all of sudden. She mentioned to him that I might go to SG to work few weeks ago but that's it. Didn't mention to him again or what but he just suddenly ask her. I thought of what I wish for, during the introduction session and was like, Ohhhhhhhhhhh?

I guess I'll just focus on the current things that I need to do first and let God take care of the rest. Hehehe.

Anyway, today Krystle said something. She said, she knows why others always wander, why Christians always look so "hyper" when they worship God? They sing and dance at the same time, always full of rejoice. She said that's because this is the only way we can repay God's love and kindness. To be always grateful that's why when we worship, we are happy.

We don't need to buy anything for Him, to burn anything for Him, to offer anything for Him. With His love we learn to grow stronger. And when we're strong, we are able to help those who are not strong enough. This is how we repay God's love. By spreading love. Because He first loves us.

We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that … they help us learn to be patient. And patience develops strength of character in us and helps us trust God more each time we use it until finally our hope and faith are strong and steady. - Romans 5:3-4 -
