Nek shared a news about Christina Grimmie shot dead shocked me. Many of us knew her from Sam Tsui's cover of Just A Dream.
Then she joined The Voice and gained 3rd place under Adam Levine.
A guy shot her and then killed himself after her concert.
“It is with a heavy heart that we can confirm that Christina has passed and went home to be with the Lord,” her publicist said in a statement obtained by HollywoodLife.com. “She was shot at her show in Orlando and, unfortunately, didn’t survive the gun shot wounds. We ask at this time that you respect the privacy of her family and friends in their time of mourning.”
Laws enforcing the use of guns are still not strict enough in the U.S.A. Or maybe we can say that, it's already very hard to control the usage of guns. People can just shoot others just because they have different perceptions on some things and it's very saddening to know that mass shootings are still happening.
Sam Tsui recorded a new version of Just A Dream in remembrance of Christina.
Our hearts go out to her family and may her spirit rest with the Lord.
