OCD

Sooooo, I have OCD.

I always suspect that I have it, until I feel tired and can't have a better time management, trying to fit everything into my few hours of serious work, got fed up and whine to my senior.

She asked me, "You got OCD is it? Last time I also got, but soon realised I'm doing a lot of stuff that waste time."

I'm like, err I think so. Then flashback to last year where we had BBQ gathering at my boss' house, my colleague placed few raw prawns on a plate and purposely make one of them facing the other sides. Ie 5 prawns facing left 1 facing right. Then she went around showing people the prawns, testing who are the ones who will autoturn the 1 prawn to face left.

The first time I managed to force myself to ignore it. Second time I didn't think twice, and just turned the prawn back to where it should face. Then my colleague laughed at me.

"Already know you got OCD one laaaaaaaa~" -.-

This characteristic, not sure if it's a disorder, caused me to be very tired because I always want perfection, and set very high standards to myself.

I always rolled my eyes whenever my mum is being perfect. Mana tau I inherit her style. *roll eyes to myself*

Not sure what I should do to get rid of this OCD. In bookstore I'll auto push the books back to shelves. In department store if my mum is busy looking at clothes and I have nothing to do I'll auto help fold clothes. -.-

Anybody can help?
