Saw a friend sharing a video from AndyMetSonia, and was shocked to know that Sonia had a miscarriage.
It's not about getting sympathies from people outside, but it's to let others know that, as they mentioned, they believe that there is strength to be drawn from their experience.
I felt like this is our moment to choose how we want to respond, it's so easy to talk the talk about being joyful in your difficult times, but you only get to test that when you have Faith in that difficult times, when you really face the true hardship in life, when it really hurts.
When something like this happens, it's always a blessed thing to have somebody who shares the same faith to be with you and honestly saying, I envy couples who have the same faith. They are able to walk the same path together, cry and pray together, whether the situation is good or bad, you know you have somebody beside you, turning to God knowing that it's okay to get hurt, even though the wounds will not be completely gone, but the healing process will be much more smoother than others.
In their description, they ended with this sentence:
If you feel brave, we encourage you to do the same and share your stories with us because only then will you realise that truly, you are not alone.
Yeap. You're not alone. When we reach a stage where we can't do anything anymore, what we can do is to turn to God, knowing that this will soon be gone with His presence. :)
