The excitement has all gone, and I'm no longer having the stranger-stranger-must-treat-them-nicely feelings. Ahahahaha. Got la got la, must respect people la.
On the first day, it was common for people to ask me questions like what are you studying? where do you live? where do you study? and the most frequent asked: why you choose to intern here and not in accounting firms?
Being the newbie and freshie (err I made the freshie word up), I was never too tired to answer all those questions again and again. In fact, being one of the most lor-sor-est person on earth, I can go on and on elaborating my details.
That was during the first week.
Now, the second week. I'm still meeting and having lunch with new people who do not work on the same office level as me, so I still get the same questions. Got a bit bored, and felt like appointing someone to answer my questions for me and that will be my dealer colleagues whom I spend most of my time with. Muahahahaha.
The weirdest question would be since you study Accounting why you choose to intern in a bank and not in accounting firms?
Why weird? Because most of them came from Accounting background and look where are they now? Investment bank.
HAHAHAHAHAHA.
