My parents and I went to Stadium MBPJ last Friday to attend the Supernatural Encounter Malaysia. It's a healing event led by Apostle G Maldonado from Honduras (which is located in Central America, not very sure where it is haha).
It was very jam and crowded, but there are plenty of seats of course.
Began with worshiping, and preaching from Apostle G Maldonado about power of healing.
Before he even began to preach, there were 2 testimonies that they were able to leave their wheelchair and walk like normal!
After the preaching there were even more testimonies. One which I remember the most is about a lady who had difficulties stablising herself when she walked due to an accident after she gave birth 22 years ago. She fall down just after she gave birth because the nurse wants her to change bed and I had no idea how it happened, but she had problems walking since then.
I was like, wow, giving birth safely is a great thing, but the next minute you're having nerves problem due to the fall, which affected her life for 22 years.
There are so many more who came sitting on their wheelchairs and left the event pushing their wheelchairs because they are able to walk again. There are also other examples of healing that include the deaf hearing, the mute speaking, and so many more.
Frankly speaking, I sometimes have doubts whether healing really takes place because of the event (like, why not in other timing and places but here?), and also I know that some of the people were not healed, they left the event like how they came in, I can see that they are disappointed, that giving testimonies are not them, and that their condition did not improve.
We really don't know why, perhaps God wants to test their patience and faith. Maybe their time haven't reach yet. Maybe, they won't be healed even until they pass on. That's when death takes place. But we do not need to know why, because God has all the answers and we have none.
IF we have all the answers that we need, we do not need God at all. So I guess that there's reason behind every situation that happens, we just need to maintain optimistic and trust God.
Such an eye-opener experience for us! :)
